康养旅游系（康养游专业群）是我院历史悠久的一个系，其前身是农学系。随着学院发展，先后更名为生物技术系、环境健康与食品科技系、健康与现代农业系。现设绿色食品生产技术、护理、智慧健康养老服务与管理、康复工程技术、酒店管理与数字化运营、环境监测技术六个专业及新六艺教研室、体育教研室。

Department of Health and Tourism（specialty group related to health and Tourism）has a long history in Hangzhou Wanxiang Polytechnic , renamed successively to Department of Biotechnology, Department of Environment Health and Food Technology, Department of Health and Modern Agriculture which is consisted of 6 majors such as Green Food Production Technology, Nursing, Services and Management of Smart Health and Elderly Care, Rehabilitation Engineering Technology, Hospitality Management and Digital Operations, Environmental Monitoring and Control Technology, as well as New Six Arts Teaching and Research Office, Sports Teaching and Research Office.

浙江省已将“加快发展健康服务产业”纳入“八大万亿产业”之一，要求构建健康服务产业链和产业体系，满足群众多层次服务要求。康养旅游系（康养游专业群）以健康促进和服务为宗旨，以生态健康为特色，整合康复治疗工程技术、医养结合健康技术、环境监测与控制技术、食安检测监管技术，培养适应区域经济建设和社会发展需要的康复治疗、健康服务、环境监测，酒店旅游等具有宽广国际视野以及深厚人文底蕴，系统掌握专业基本知识和基本技能的行业技术骨干和新型服务人才。

2019年康养游专业群获杭州市属高校新型专业群建设项目，2020年专业群获《杭州市家政服务业提质扩容“领跑者”行动领跑社区（企业、学校）》项目，省中小学劳动实践教育基地。智慧健康养老服务与管理专业成功获批浙江省1+X证书试点项目。专业群有2个省特色专业（绿色食品生产技术、康复工程技术），2个市级重点专业（绿色食品生产技术、酒店管理），拥有1个教育部认定的生产性实训基地（绿色食品生产技术），1个省“十三五”高等职业教育示范性实训基地（绿色食品生产技术），1个市级优秀教学团队（环境监测技术），2个市级创新教学团队（绿色食品生产技术、环境监测技术），1个市级养老人才培训基地（智慧健康养老服务与管理），4个学院品牌专业，已有6年的国外交流生合作及教师互访（国外访问学者）。

Zhejiang Province has included accelerating the development of the health service industry as one of the Eight Trillion Dollar Industries, requiring the construction of a health service industry chain and industrial system to meet the multi-level service requirements of the people. Department of Health and Tourism（specialty group related to health and Tourism）is aiming at promoting health and service industry and characterized by Ecological health. It integrated Rehabilitation treatment technology, combination of medical care, Environmental Monitoring and Control Technology, food safety inspection and management. The purpose of the department is to cultivate more technical personnel and service talents with international view and Humanities who master basic knowledge and skills related different fields, such as Rehabilitation treatment, health and service, Environmental Monitoring, food safety management, agricultural business and management and so on.

Department was awarded the construction project of a new type of professional group of Hangzhou municipal universities in 2019, the Leading Community (Enterprises, Schools) project for improving and expanding the quality of Hangzhou's domestic service industry, and became a labor practice education base for primary and secondary schools in the province in 2020. Service and Management major of Smart Health and Elderly Care has been successfully approved as a pilot project for the 1+X certificate in Zhejiang Province. The professional group includes 2 provincial characteristic majors (green food production technology, rehabilitation engineering technology), 2 municipal key majors (green food production technology, hotel management), 1 production training base recognized by the Ministry of Education (green food production technology), 1 provincial 13th Five Year Plan higher vocational education demonstration training base (green food production technology), 1 municipal excellent teaching team (environmental monitoring technology), 2 municipal innovative teaching teams (green food production technology, environmental monitoring technology), 1 municipal elderly care talent training base (intelligent health and elderly care services and management), 4 college brand majors, and 6 years of foreign exchange student cooperation and teacher visits (foreign visiting scholars).

护理专业成立于2019年。本专业面向浙江省区域经济发展需要，培养适应我国社会主义现代化建设和卫生保健事业发展需要，德智体美劳全面发展与健康个性相统一，具备终生学习能力和良好职业素质的，以精准康复护理为特色的，在各类医疗、康复、医养结合机构中能够从事临床康复护理、社区护理、预防保健、护理管理、护理教学、护理科研等岗位，既有过硬的康复护理技能、又懂得仁爱的人文关怀，具有国际视野和创新精神的高素质、高技能应用型人才，使学生成为世界的人、创业的人、和合的人。 

The nursing profession was established in 2019. This major is oriented to the needs of regional economic development in Zhejiang province, committed to the integration of all- round development and healthy personality, in order to cultivate high-quality and high-skill applied talents who meet the needs of China's socialist modernization construction and health care development. Specifically, these talents are supposed to have the ability of lifelong learning and good professional quality, characterized by precision rehabilitation nursing, engaging in clinical rehabilitation care, community care, preventive care, nursing management, nursing teaching, nursing research and other positions in all kinds of medical, rehabilitation, medical and nursing institutions. Students are expected to be global-minded, entrepreneurial and harmonious with both excellent rehabilitation nursing skills and humanistic care.

智慧健康养老服务与管理专业成立于2018年。本专业培养面向浙江省区域经济发展需要，具备从事养老服务与管理工作所必备的机构管理、健康照护和康复保健等基础知识，熟练掌握本专业成熟技术和先进技术的应用、实施及现场管理技能，能适应现代高端养老服务行业中养老护理员、健康管理师、养老服务机构管理人员等岗位，具有国际视野的高素质技术技能型人才。专业建有老年照护综合实训室，并与康复工程技术专业共享康复实训中心。

The major of senior citizen service and management was founded in 2018. It was set for meeting the need of regional economic development in Zhejiang province, training for high-quality skilled talents who have basic knowledge of institutional management, health care and rehabilitation, who are proficient in the application, implementation and on-site management of mature and advanced technologies in this program, who could adapt to nursing assistants, health managers, pension service institution staffs and other positions in the modern high-end pension service industry, and who have international vision. It has established a comprehensive training room for elderly care and shared the training center with the program of rehabilitation engineering.

康复工程技术专业成立于2015年。该专业培养具有假肢与矫形器、轮椅、拐杖等康复辅助器具的基本理论和专门知识，能运用假肢和矫形器的制作技术和康复医学和运动科学方面的系统理论，熟练应用现代康复诊疗操作和常见的运动技术，具备常见各类康复辅助器具设计、制作与维修能力，从事康复辅助器具的生产、医疗辅助器具的营销和康复治疗和指导等岗位工作的，具有国际视野、适应市场需求和现代企业要求、有较强动手能力和创新创业能力的高素质技术技能型人才。

The major of rehabilitation engineering was established in 2015. It aims to develop the high-quality technical skills talents who has the basic theory of rehabilitation equipment, such as the prosthetics and orthotics, wheelchair, crutch, who are capable of employing the techniques of prosthetics and orthotics, the systematic theory of rehabilitation medicine , as well as sports science, who are skilled in application of modern rehabilitation treatment operations and common exercise techniques, who are able to design, make and maintain various rehabilitation auxiliary appliance, who are engaged in the production of rehabilitation auxiliary appliance, marketing of medical equipment, rehabilitation treatment and guidance, and who have an international vision, adapting to the market demand and modern enterprise requirements, have strong operational ability and innovative ability.

环境监测技术专业是杭州市第一批市级重点专业、杭州市产学对接专业和杭州市科研创新团队。近年来专业团队一直以“数智教学、理实一体”提升专业内涵建设，实行“产教整合、校企合作”共同培养学生。专业面向浙江省环境健康与监测评价的需求，联合浙江省环境监测中心、浙江化工研究院等15家校外实训基地，培养具有样品采集、环境检测、数据处理、分析评价、污染治理与运行管理等高素质技能型的人才，学生就业率达98%以上。教学团队被评为浙江省优秀教学团队，副教授以上职称71.4％，硕士以上学位85.7％，双师比例达到100%。专业拥有国家精品在线开放课程1门，省市精品课程4门，省市级课题50余项；以赛促学，近5年专业学生获国家及省级技能大赛100余项，服务浙江省环保行业、第三方检测公司及企事业单位，获企事业单位的好评。

The major of Environmental Monitoring Technology is the first batch of municipal key majors in Hangzhou, the industry-university docking major in Hangzhou and the scientific research innovation team in Hangzhou. In recent years, the professional team has been promoting the professional connotation construction with digital intelligence teaching, theory and practice integration, and implementing industry-education integration, school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate students together. Facing the demand of environmental health and monitoring and evaluation in Zhejiang Province, the major cooperates with 15 off-campus training bases such as Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center and Zhejiang Chemical Research Institute to cultivate high-quality skilled talents with sample collection, environmental detection, data processing, analysis and evaluation, pollution control and operation management, and the employment rate of students reaches more than 98%. The teaching team has been rated as outstanding teaching team in Zhejiang Province, 71.4% of whom have associate professor or above titles, 85.7% of whom have master's degree or above, and the proportion of double teachers reaches 100%. The major has 1 national quality online open course, 4 provincial and municipal quality courses, and more than 50 provincial and municipal projects. To promote learning by competition, in the past 5 years, professional students have won more than 100 national and provincial skills competitions, serving Zhejiang environmental protection industry, third-party testing companies and enterprises and institutions, and won high praise from enterprises and institutions.

绿色食品生产技术专业成立于2007年，其前身可以追溯至原杭州农业学校时期的茶叶（茶叶加工、茶叶检验与经营）、蔬菜、植物保护与检验、农学、农业技术推广及园艺等专业，目前是浙江省特色专业、杭州市重点专业，学院优势专业。建有教育部认定的“开放式产教融合共享食品实训基地”。本专业拥有杭州市创新团队，专任教师中博士占30%，硕士占100%，高级职称占60%，双师型占100%，杭州市131人才占50%，近5年发表论文45篇，其中核心22篇，SCI 3篇。出版教材3部，主持建设省级在线开放课程6门，专利2项，教科研成果奖9项。与中国(杭州)青春宝集团有限公司等20多家知名食品企业开展紧密合作，并建有“健康与营养产业学院”。与新加坡ITE开展合作交流，ITE已有50名学生和5名教师来我专业交流访学，本专业派出68名学生和6名教师赴ITE交流访学。本专业面向食品技术员、检验员、品管员、化验员、健康管理师、公共营养师等职业岗位群，培养具备食品生产、检验、食安管理与监督、营养与健康咨询等核心能力的高素质复合型技术技能人才。

The major of Green Food Production technology was established in 2007, its predecessor can be traced back to the original Hangzhou Agricultural School period, specializing in tea (tea processing, tea inspection and management), vegetables, plant protection and inspection, agronomy, agricultural technology promotion, and horticulture etc. It holds the honor of Hangzhou Innovation Team , 30% of full-time teachers hold doctoral degrees, 100% hold master's degrees, 60% hold senior professional titles, 100% hold dual teacher positions, and 50% hold 131 talents. In the past 5 years, teachers specializing in this major have published 45 teaching and research papers, including 22 core papers and 3 sci papers, published 3 textbooks, led the construction of 6 provincial-level online open courses, 2 patents, and 9 awards for teaching and research achievements. It has established close cooperation with more than 20 well-known food enterprises, including China (Hangzhou) Youth Treasure Group Co., Ltd., and the Health and Nutrition Industry College has founded, too. Cooperation and exchanging ideas with Singapore's ITE has proceeding for several years in the major, meanwhile, ITE has sent 50 students, 5 teachers, and our major has sent 68 students , 6 teachers to each other for exchange and learning. It is aimed at professional positions such as food technicians, inspectors, quality control personnel, laboratory technicians, health managers, and public nutritionists, cultivating high-quality composite technical skills with core abilities in food production, inspection, food safety management and supervision, nutrition and health consulting, etc.

酒店管理专业是杭州市特色专业，拥有现代化的经营性校内高星级酒店、颇具中华传统文化的茶艺实训室、茶博馆、香艺实训室、一体化的餐饮和客房实训室。本专业坚持以市场为导向，坚持人才培养模式创新，与酒店行业著名企业紧密合作，建立了校内生产性实训基地，启动了酒店专业“管培生”项目，将完成由一名初出茅庐的实习生到酒店管理人员的华丽蜕变，为学生搭建了一条快速成为酒店管理人的捷径。近年来，师生在各类竞赛中硕果累累，教学品质和社会影响力持续保持较高水平。

The Hospitality Management is one of the municipal-level majors among the high educational institutions in Hangzhou. It has a modern and commercial high star hotel located in the campus .There are a tea art training room with traditional Chinese culture, tea museum, a incense art training room, a physical catering and a guest room training room. This professional adheres to market-oriented and the mode innovation of talent training ,worked closely with the well-known enterprises in the hotel industry , set up the program of campus productive practice bases, launched the hotel professional Management  Trainee project,which will be completed by a fledgling interns to the luxuriant metamorphosis of hospitality manager to set up a shortcut for the students to become a hotel manager as soon as possible.
